Terms of Service
Last updated 17 September 2026
These Terms govern your use of Market Pi-Rates, a fundamental data service delivered over the Model Context Protocol (the Service). Please read them carefully: they limit our liability and set out what you may and may not do with the data.
1. Who we are
The Service is provided by Liga de Bolsa SL, with tax identification number (NIF) B87984563, registered office at calle Bravo Murillo 107 G, 2.º A, 28020 Madrid (Spain), and entered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, volume 37179, folio 52, section 8, sheet M-663515. Contact: info@ligadebolsa.com.
2. Acceptance
You accept these Terms by ticking the acceptance box when you sign up, and again when you subscribe to a paid plan. If you do not accept them, you may not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and these Terms bind that company.
3. The Service
The Service gives you programmatic access, through a personal access token, to a database of financial and market information on listed companies and to metrics we calculate from it. The scope, limits and features of each plan are described on the plans page, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Where the data comes from
The data is derived from publicly available information, such as financial statements and other disclosures published by the companies themselves and published market prices. We compile, normalise and process that information, and we enrich it with metrics of our own.
The identity of our suppliers, our collection and processing methods and the formulas behind our computed metrics are confidential and constitute trade secrets. We do not disclose them, and nothing in these Terms entitles you to them.
5. Not investment advice
The Service provides information only. Nothing in it is, or should be taken as, investment advice, a personal recommendation, an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We are not an investment firm and we are not authorised to provide investment advice. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
6. Accuracy of the data
We take reasonable care in compiling the data, but we do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, current or free from errors. Figures may be delayed, incomplete, restated, wrongly captured or wrongly calculated; metrics we compute depend on the underlying figures and on assumptions that may not suit your purpose; and the Service may be interrupted. The data and the Service are provided as is and as available.
It is your responsibility to check any figure against the original source before relying on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Your access token
Your token is personal and confidential. Keep it secret: anyone who has it can use the Service as you, and you are responsible for all use made with it. You may not share, sell or publish it. Tell us straight away if you think it has been compromised; you can replace it yourself from the sign-up page. One person may hold one free account.
8. What you may do with the data
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the data retrieved through the Service for your own analysis and, only on plans that expressly include a commercial licence, inside your own products, in both cases subject to these Terms.
9. What you may not do
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not:
- redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish or make the data available to third parties, in whole or in substantial part;
- extract, copy or download the database or a substantial part of it, including through repeated or systematic requests, scraping or automated harvesting;
- use the data to build, train, benchmark or improve a database, dataset or service that competes with ours;
- try to find out our sources, methods or formulas, or reverse engineer the Service;
- get around the limits of your plan, including by opening several accounts or combining tokens;
- use the Service unlawfully, to disrupt it or to harm us or anyone else.
The database is protected by the sui generis database right and by copyright. Breach of this clause entitles us to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund, without prejudice to any other action available to us.
10. Plans, payment and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access to the paid features continues until the end of the period already paid, after which your token returns to the free plan. Prices include or exclude VAT as shown at checkout. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the change applies from your next renewal, and founder prices are kept for as long as the subscription stays active.
Consumers in the European Union have a right to withdraw within 14 days of subscribing. Because access starts immediately, you ask us at checkout to begin performance straight away and acknowledge that, if you withdraw, you will pay for the part of the period already provided.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from errors, omissions, delays or interruptions in the data or the Service, or from any decision made or action taken in reliance on them, including any trading or investment loss. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or data.
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or fifty euros if you are on the free plan.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the rights you have as a consumer.
12. Indemnity
If you use the Service for business purposes, you will hold us harmless against claims by third parties arising from your breach of these Terms or from your products built on the data.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, or revoke your token, if you breach these Terms, if your use puts the Service at risk, or if we are required to by law. We may also discontinue the Service or any feature, giving paying users reasonable notice and a pro rata refund for any period paid and not provided.
14. Intellectual property
The Service, the database, our computed metrics, the website and our brand belong to Liga de Bolsa SL or its licensors. Except for the limited licence in clause 8, no rights are granted to you. Company names and logos shown belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.
15. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our privacy notice.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you will be asked to accept the new version to keep using the Service. If you do not accept it, you may cancel before it takes effect.
17. General
If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These Terms, together with the plans page and the privacy notice, are the entire agreement between us.
18. Law, courts and language
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of the registered office of Liga de Bolsa SL, except where you are a consumer, in which case the courts of your domicile have jurisdiction. These Terms are available in Spanish and English; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
