Market Pi-Rates is a data service operated by Liga de Bolsa SL (NIF B87984563, calle Bravo Murillo 107 G, 2.º A, 28020 Madrid, Spain), the data controller for everything described here. It has no interest in who you are beyond being able to issue you a token, stop someone from minting a hundred of them, and know whether you have paid.
What we keep, and why
| Email address | To tie one account to one token, to match a payment to the right token, and to reach you if the service breaks. |
| Google account id | An opaque identifier Google gives us. It is what stops the same person from signing up again and again for more free tokens. |
| Token name and date | So you and we can tell your tokens apart, and revoke one without disturbing the rest. |
| Daily usage counts | Requests and bytes served today, to apply your plan's limits. They reset at midnight UTC and are not stored beyond the day. |
| Server logs | Which tool was called and by which token, with the IP address, kept briefly to spot abuse and diagnose faults. Not the contents of your queries. |
What we never see
- Your Google password. Sign-in happens on Google's own pages.
- Your Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendar. We ask Google for three things
only —
openid,emailandprofile— and Google shows you exactly that before you agree. - Your card. Payments are handled end to end by Stripe; we are told that a subscription started or ended, and for which email address.
- Your token. It is shown to you once and stored only as a value we compare against — we cannot read it back or tell it to anyone.
Who else gets it
Two companies, each for one job: Google verifies who you are when you sign in, and Stripe takes the payment. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share personal data, and there are no analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Where it lives
On a single server in the European Union, in files only the service can read. The connection is encrypted end to end.
How long we keep it
While your token exists, and for up to a year after it is revoked so we can answer billing questions. Server logs are kept for 30 days. Invitations that are never opened disappear on their own after 48 hours — and a token that was never claimed never existed in the first place.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deletion means exactly that: the email address, the Google id and the token all go, and the token stops working. Write to info@ligadebolsa.com and we will do it within 30 days.
You can also withdraw Market Pi-Rates' access from your Google account permissions at any time. That stops future sign-ins; write to us as well if you want the data gone.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In Spain that is the AEPD.
Cookies
One, and only while you are signing in: a short-lived cookie that ties the trip to Google and back to the same browser, so nobody can hand you a sign-in that started somewhere else. It is deleted as soon as you are through. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it and we tell the people it affects by email.
